School is right around the corner

The HVES PTG would like to share what we have been working on for this upcoming school year.

• Kicking off the school year with our Yankee Candle Fundraiser
• September 4th 6pm in room 222 we will have our 1st PTG meeting, everyone is welcome to attend
• September 8th is the Family, Fun & Food Festival at the Elementary school. This is a carnival-like event. See our Facebook page for more information
• October 20th is The Hoosac Harvest Vendor and Craft Fair 9-3pm at HVMHS. We will be doing a stuffing table at this event, stay tuned for updates.
• November we will be doing a new fundraiser with Java Joe’s coffee and Fudge, just in time for winter break.

We are also working on having a few Family Movie Nights, a winter stuffing event, the Spring Fling vendor and craft fair, an Arts Collaboration Night, and many more. Thank you to everyone for your continued support of our PTG. We hope that you will join us at our meetings.

The HVMS is looking for School Council Members!!!

The Hoosac Valley Middle School is in search of 4 volunteers to be a part of the school council. There will be about 4 meetings a year. Please let us know if you are interested.

Meeting Date Changed

The HVES PTG has changed the date for this weeks meeting. Due to incoming weather, the PTG will be meeting Wednesday, March 14th 6 pm in room 222.

Noah’s Arch Stuffing spring workshop

We will be hosting another Stuffing workshop at the 4th Annual Spring Fling. April 7th 10-2pm at HVMHS. Order forms can be sent to school with students or they can be mailed to HVES PTG 14 Commercial ST Adams, MA 01220.
